COVID-19 - We ask all clients to wear their face masks when entering our spa and receiving services. We expect you to wear them properly, with both your nose and mouth covered. Our therapists will always wear theirs, show us the same consideration. We book enough time between clients that no one should be sitting in the lobby and very rarely will pass someone else even in the hallway. After each client leaves, we thoroughly disinfect all contact points on our equipment, as well as common surfaces throughout the spa. If you don't feel well, for ANY reason, CALL US TO RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT.
New Clients – Welcome!! We are so thankful for your business! The first thing you should do after booking your first appointment with us is check your email for your Vagaro login credentials and finish building your profile! Then, please read below to understand our spa policies. We invite you to contact us with any questions you might have! We'll typically answer text messages at any time of day, unless we're with a client, of course.
Groupon Clients - Your voucher is good for 180 days after purchase. It is good ONLY for the service listed, no substitutions. If your groupon comes with a choice of upgrades, you must make that choice when booking the appointment, we will not honor changes made last minute. If it is expired, we will honor the price you paid (receipt required) as a credit towards any full price service for up to another 60 days. Missed or no show appointment vouchers will be redeemed through Groupon. No exceptions. Appointments are REQUIRED and available for Groupon holders from Monday through Thursday, 9 am until 4 pm. No Fridays, Saturdays OR Sunday appointments are available. To make an appointment, a valid groupon voucher number is required. Gratuity is not included with your voucher, please plan accordingly.
Booking Appointments – All of our bookings are through Vagaro. We are no longer accepting online booking. To make an appointment, you must call! A text-able number or email address will be required so you can get our automatic appointment confirmations. All of our notification settings can be managed through your Vagaro account online.
Last Minute Cancellations/No Show Appointments Policy - Vagaro automatically sends appointment reminders and confirmations via text and/or email. PLEASE DO NOT HIT "REPLY" TO THOSE MESSAGES!! If you need to alter your appointment, CALL OR TEXT US DIRECTLY. Cancellations of less than 24 hours will be charged $25. If you re-book within 7 days, and keep the appointment, that fee will be credited to your service. NO SHOW appointments will be charged in FULL before being allowed to rebook. No exceptions. We understand that life happens, please just give us a call! If something happens from our end that affects YOUR time, we will go above and beyond to make up for the inconvenience.
